John Minarcik Fine Art is in the business of creating and selling original art, therefore, we do not sell, share of publish any client information.  Your personal and financial information is for the sole purpose of purchasing original artwork from John Minarcik Fine Art.  Under no circumstances will any of your personal or financial information be used for anything except for that purpose already described.  Your privacy and security is of extreme importance to John Minarcik Fine Art and your security is not taken lightly.

Everything You Need to Know

I will accept returns provided:

*Painting is not damaged.

*Collector notifies me by email that there is an issue.

*Collector pays return packaging and shipping.

*I am notified within 10 days from time client receives painting.

Shipping Profile

What You Need to Know

All orders ship within 3 - 5 business days.  I ship via USPS or UPS depending on which is best.  The size of the painting determines the shipping carrier.  All domestic shipping is FREE!!!!

Overseas orders are priced at one flat rate of $35.00 per order.  This covers customs paper work and any additional fees associated with over seas shipping.

I pay for shipping insurance to ensure the protection for my client as well as myself.
